The place was understaffed for sure but I didn’t even get my nails done by Lucy.. it was by a guy who didn’t know what he was doing clearly. Even after drilling and filing my nails they still look horrible because he doesn’t know how to properly build acrylic and buff nails after. Really disappointed for having to pay this and not get the right employee doing my nails AND have to wait 15 minutes from my booking time to even get served. Won’t be back.
