Not a nice experience. Despite booking a slot online I had to wait 40 mins after my scheduled slot for a member of staff to even acknowledge me, and it was a further 15 minutes before I was seen. The equipment was not clean, the staff only spoke to each other and didn’t engage with the clients, and the atmosphere was not enjoyable. The manicure itself is also poor- it is not neat, there are lots of bubbles in the varnish, and I fear it will chip very quickly.

Decent nails for a good price, you pay for what you get - although there was at least a 20-30 minute delay when I arrived with a booking, so they are quite understaffed.
