I entered the shop and was not acknowledged by any staff after standing around for 5 minutes I was then told to sit down on sofa and left there. I was not informed how long they would be to attend to my appointment. After sitting down for 15 minutes with no communication I left the shop and went elsewhere. No customer service skills at all

Really good pedicure and acrylic manicure. The team had really good attention to detail and kept checking I was happy with my nails at each stage. They were very Patient as I took my time to choose my colour and length of nails.
