Booked a 1-hour pedicure through Treatwell but was finished in around 30 minutes. My feet were soaked for only five minutes before everything was rushed. The therapist cut and reshaped my toenails without asking, causing pain even after I said it hurt. I also had to point out that my cuticles hadn’t been done properly. I left with sore toes, poorly shaped nails, and a service nowhere near what was advertised. Would not recommend.
