I had a full leg wax, and I thought it was very good. I was a little nervous as I had never had anything waxed before today. The wax was a warm soft wax with strips and barely stung. Kim was wonderful and chatty and explained how everything would work when I told her I hadn't had it done before. It was really great overall.
I had an environ facial for 90 minutes. Kim went through my skin needs and asked me what i wanted to achieve. I absolutely loved my facial, i felt really pampered and loved the arm and neck massage when my face mask was put on. My skin felt hydrated, clean and polished. It has really improved my skin since i've had the facial and i would definitely go back. Kim is very knowledgeable about skincare and provides an excellent service.
Kim is always very professional and keeps up to date with her treatments. You always have VIP treatment when you go and see her. I have always been very happy and satisfied with all my treatments with her and look forward to enjoying more in the near future. Well done, keep up the good work you are doing everything right to make a client feel pampered.

Kim's facials go above and beyond the expected. There's not a moment of the treatment where you're not being spoiled. Best facial I've ever experienced anywhere.
Also her waxing is thorough and as pain-free as I've ever had.
Every time I have a treatment with Kim I know I'm in safe, skilled hands, she's very accommodating, warm and friendly I cannot recommend her highly enough.
