I have given Kim five stars as I have been to her before. I booked this particular treatment as the Treatwell site showed that is was around the corner from my flat. However, after booking and paying, the confirmation email stated that the salon had moved, too far for me to travel. I contacted Kim for a refund,but she just directed me to Treatwell, who have so far been unhelpful. I would not recommend Treatwell and feel that the owner of the salon could have been more helpful.
