I didn't have Jenny but another therapist. This is my second visit here. Excellent service, definitely feel pampered. Offered DRINKS!! A few ladies with a glass of fizz. Great attention to detail. Oh, and my pedicure was top notch.

I had a gel manicure here that didn’t even last 10 days. Came back for a removal, which should’ve taken 10 minutes but dragged on for 25 because the technician left halfway through to serve someone else - no explanation given. The place is clearly understaffed and overbooks through walk-ins and calls. Feels like they prioritise volume over quality. Disappointing experience.
