Kiki was lovely so it is a shame to have to write this review. Started 40 min late & it was quite chaotic w lots of other customers coming in for appointments at the same time as mine so I was left waiting with wet hair for a while and it was all very stop-start. Not overly happy with the end result as the highlights aren’t as even as I usually have them elsewhere and the haircut is quite choppy despite saying I didn’t want short layers. Charged £25 extra unexpectedly for toner

Just had my haircut at Kiki and Iove my new cut! She was really friendly and knew exactly what my hair needed. It doesn't say Kiki on the outside which is a bit confusing but overall a lovely experience
