Kiki is really friendly and made the experience enjoyable. She also did a really quick and good cut and offered great advice for how to look after my hair.
Turned up to a closed salon. Hairdresser rang me explaining mistake with system. Rescheduled for next day. Again arrived to a closed salon, tried calling then recieved a text saying there was a prob with her phone & she'd be along later. No apology when I returned a little later. She also had another client there at the same time so I waited around with wet hair a while. The shampoo & conditioner wasn't washed out properly.
Happy with the Treatment but make sure you book everything because I booked a 52£ Deal and ended up paying 97£ (length + toner) with no brushing nor even rough dry, I literally came out with completely wet hair (first time it happened to me to be honest)…
