Probably the longest haircut of my life but definitely the best experience - Kiki is so welcoming and full of life, and I love my new hair!

Kiki is lovely. It was my first vsit to the Salon and Kiki was very friendly and put me at my ease. Was really pleased with the cut and blow she did she's a very good hairdresser. The Salon it'self is a work in progress Kiki is not only working there but also trying to find the time to sort out the Salon and get it to the way she wants it. Would recommend this Salon.

What a gem this hairdressers is. Kiki is very warm and welcoming, I felt very at ease. I got my highlights done and couldn’t be happier with the results. I love the colour and the blow. Kiki will now be my regular hairdresser.

It took me over 2 hours from my appointment time to get seen, I do appreciate that Kiki was working alone but also if she was aware of this she shouldn’t have double booked us all at the same time. In fairness, she was a pleasant lovely lady and made me feel at ease. The quality of my blow dry wasn’t very good as because Kiki was rushed off her feet her full attention was not on styling my hair. She was rushing to get mine done so she could start on another disgruntled customers hair, who was complaining about the speed of service. This left me having to pin the two non curled strands of hair behind for the evening. In addition to this, the blow dry cost £5 more than what was stated on Treatwell. Overall, I think Kiki is probably very good at what she does but due to understaffing and timekeeping issues my experience wasn’t that great.
