Shop was very dirty and cold . Wasnt given a choice of hair colours . The colour did come out nice but it was left on for 90 minutes although I had to wait half an hour for the hairdresser to start . The cut is nothing like I asked for , I wanted an inch off the length and level all round . At least 3 inches was hacked off randomly and the sides are about an inch shorter than the back ! Disgusted !

The most terrible salon and balayage in my life. The hair stylist used the kitchen scissors to cut my hair and the colour was definitely overtime as she was talking to someone else and missed the time. She noticed it was unsuccessful and asked me to pay extra price to fix it. I had no choice so I paid it however, she got more and more worst. Would not recommend this salon and will never visit no more!

Kiki is a lovely person who is warm and kooky. She did a lovely job of my hair. My favourite haircut so far! And she’s so reasonable

Arrived at the venue for the place to be closed, it opened at 10, I arrived at 9:50 so I waited until 10:10 before ringing the number on the building. She answered and said that Treatwell had been ‘down’ and my appointment would be at 10:45. I was annoyed because I had another appointment to get to which I was then late for. I arrived back at 10:45 and the salon was still closed, I rang again and she said she couldn’t find the keys and she would be on her way soon. Eventually she arrived at around 11:10. I was seen in and my hair was washed, but due to my appointment being moved back, there were other people waiting much longer for their hair too. As she was doing my hair, she was saying how badly the colour had been done on it (I had my roots done the day before) and that the colour did not match the rest of my hair, I didn’t think it looked that bad! My curly blow was OK, however I have a centre part and when the pin curls were put in, they were put to the side. So when I took them out they didn’t sit right either side of my face. Finally, even though she said Treatwell was down, she still received my payment online? Surely if the site was down she wouldn’t have recieved my payment.
I probably wouldn’t go back, due to it being a bit unprofessional and awkward because other people were sat waiting whilst I had my hair done.
