Just had my hair done at Kiki's for the first time and I'm so pleased with it! The best blonde highlights i've had, Kiki really knows what she's doing- she really understood the colour I wanted and got it perfect. Hair feels and looks the best it has in a long time! Fab customer service and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Thank you so much !! the colour is perfect, just what my hair needed! She sorted out my horrible cut from a different hairdressers. She was super nice, very chatty and made me feel very comfortable. I was recommended from a friend and will be recommending more people! Will be back soon xo

Arrived 5mins early, noone in she arrived 5 mins after my app time and took another 5 mins in the back room on the phone.As I sat down she commented that she didn't know why I could book she needed to leave in 35mins. Asked how id like my hair cutting. Dead ends off1-2inchs, no layers+ middle parting with the front layering my face.When she started, was rough and lobbed off 3 inches, no parting and then cut my layers from the back of my head = layers. Ended up with cut on neck from rough blowdrying
