Came to Kiki for the first time Thursday for a blow dry, she was friendly, professional and fast! Hair was gorgeous blow dry still fab two days later will definitely return. (Long thick blonde extensions) Thankyou, megan xxx

I was served over an hour late. There was another customer who had a long appointment but Kelsey should not have double booked or should have alerted me before my appointment that she couldn’t serve me. Her 16 year old daughter washed my hair and I had to ask for the sink to be cleaned as it hadn’t been cleaned before she washed my hair. Then I had to wait again between the hair wash and hair cut to be seen. I asked to have one inch cut and instead she cut 3/4 inches off.

My appointment was rescheduled, and then when I turned up for the appointment - no one was there. I tried to contact to rearrange or get a refund, and have had no answer. I’m really disappointed
