The appointment didn’t happen. Booked on Treatwell, received a phone call later that day to ask if I could postpone it until the following day. I showed up at the salon at the new agreed time. The salon had a different name to the one booked under, and it was closed. Called the number and went straight to voicemail, which I left and I’m yet to hear what happened to my appointment. Very frustrating as I’d travelled and have received no explanation. Grateful I didn’t pay in advance
