The salon was hard to find because it has a different name. Kiki was 10 minutes late but very friendly and apologetic. She did my haircut really quickly and I'm happy with it.

Kiki was great, she really took the time to talk through what I wanted and gave great advice, she's so friendly and really puts you at ease. Colour is exactly what I wanted and the cut is lovely. Definitely recommend!

Booked a blow dry for 11.30, had hair washed and was left sitting there for an hour with wet hair as Kiki had 2 other clients on the go at the same time. I had to leave because my parking ran out… left with wet hair and late to my event. Was promised a refund that I NEVER received! Avoid!!!
