Double time - There were delays as Kiki was working on several customers at the same time. I was left for 2 hours with the colour developing.
Colour - I selected dark brown, came out black. I hoped after the first wash it would tone itself but to no avail.
Kiki - Kiki was friendly but felt rushed. She burned me with the hair dryer couple of times and could not get the water temp right.
I was given some prosecco - a nice gesture but I won't return I am afraid, mainly due to the colour.

Left smiling - a lovely location and very tidy. Was a great cut and wonderful environment. Instantly at ease and relaxed. Will be going again!
