Kiki is really lovely but I ended up having a bad experience. She must have double booked as she always had 2 people in the chair at once and it took over 4hr to do my hair. Because she’s been doing it in between others, I ended up with dye left in far too long and now have bleach streaks I def didn’t want. I messaged after saying I wasn’t happy and she was really apologetic and agreed to correct it. But then she changed the time and place of the appointments with less than 2hrs.

Kiki was really amazing! Listened to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful haircut. I went from long to short hair and she made me feel confident to do so. Would recommend!
