Kiki is lovely and a great hairdresser but wish she’d have explained the way she does balayage before she started as it’s not the way I really wanted it. Her version of balayage is basically highlights and she did a good job of it. It’s just not the look I really wanted. When I’ve had it done elsewhere before it was much more natural looking and just at the ends then blended in nicely to my normal hair. If you’re after highlights then she does a great job but if you want what I call normal balayage then maybe go elsewhere or be very specific before she starts. The cut itself is very good and overall great value for money.

Kiki is amazing and you can see she loves her job and she is good at what she is doing. She is perfectionist and she is taking care about the details. I highly recommend it.

I've gone to Kiki before and loved my cut. I have short hair. unfortunately I went elsewhere, and they completely messed my hair up. kiki today has got it back to the way I like it, after my growing it a bit. She always cuts my cropped hair, just how i like it.
