Staff were friendly and polite and thorough regarding any alterations to bookings. There was a bit of discrepancy regarding what Treatwell advertises compared to in salon which came at an extra price, this wasn’t an issue for me but is just something to be aware of before booking:)

The moment I sat down it was obvious that Kiki knew exactly what she was doing and I came out with fantastic hair. I felt welcomed and want to return! My new local :) would recommend highly
