Anais is great. Professional and efficient as well as being lovely. The whole place is clean and has good covid measures in place. I would highly recommend.

I am happy with my eyebrows and Anais was brilliant and so professional, however, I left with a large and painful burn under my right eyebrow that has worsened overnight. There is no real way of getting in touch with the Kiki team to communicate this to them and find a resolve, so I'm hoping they can see this review.

Anais was so lovely to chat to, and really attentive during my treatment. She used a gel removal technique I'd not experienced before and my nails feel healthier than ever! I can't wait for my next visit.
