The wax itself was fine, the skin wasn’t held when pulling the wax off so it wasn’t painless, but it was thorough + finished w tweezers. But if you like to have a nice chat during your treatment then this is not the place. I was expecting a friendly reception based on the reviews but Anais hardly said a word during the wax & was very short when she did speak to me. Maybe just a bad day & great if you prefer not to talk, but go elsewhere if you like a chat to pass time/distract from the pain :)
