Highlights ok but not happy with regrowth still at front showing by highlights not being close enough. made to sit in a chair without a back despite shoulder and back problems while next customer had a haircut as only two chairs and waited for the washing sink become free. Left with a wet back from a wet or not thick enough towel being used while my hair was dried which I didn't realise until I got home, hence I was feeling freezing on the walk home!

The treatment was quite awkward sat on a therapy bed with foot bath on top. My feet got scratched being put in and out of it a couple of times. The job was lovely otherwise and my feet look great. Thanks Kiki! PS I've never had my big toe nails filed to be rounded before and it feels quite strange.
