I had a great experience at Kiki's for bleach roots & toner. Everyone was really friendly and Monique, my stylist, was efficient and knowledgeable. It can be a bit nerve-wracking going to a new salon for bleach as it's easy to do wrong, but Monique put me completely at ease and my hair looks amazing. Thanks, will definitely be returning!
