I was very excited about my haircut at Kiki, especially after reading all the amazing reviews before booking my appointment. The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. The hairdresser allowed enough time to find out what haircut I was after and she was very helpful to give her professional advice as well. After our chat I felt we were on the same page. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was far from desired. Not only that, I had to go back the following day to have some corrections done. With my quite heavy hair I was hoping to gain a bit of lift. I now not only have still heavy looking hair but also very short hair which doesn't allow me tie it back. I was really hoping to get a reasonably satisfying haircut especially after paying £55. Sadly, I won't be back.
