I had received a voucher to spend at Treatwell so I decided to use it for a pedi at Kiki's. I'm so glad I did. Anna was amazing. She was professional and immediately put me at ease as she miraculously changed my toenails into ones I am proud to show off in sandals. Thank you so much. I felt truly pampered on Friday.

Very unprofessional wax, the person that was meant to do it couldn’t be found, and I was told to just go wait in the waxing room, change and wait. Waiter around 6 minutes with no idea with what was going on and at the end of the wax I wasn’t given lotion or power so was left really dry. The person just left the room without saying anything and didn’t tell me to get dressed again. Would not go again or recommend.
