Perfect haircut. Chen was amazing & cut my hair beautifully. Kiki’s also felt very COVID safe & was very clean.

Quite painful as I hadn’t been in a long time, but overall a very very thorough wax. Not pain or sensitivities afterwards. Beauty therapist used half hot wax and half strip wax which I was not aware of before, thinking I had booked for a Lycon hot wax.
