I was really unhappy with my haircut. I asked for gentle layers from below my chin down and all very natural not choppy. They didn’t wash my hair before cutting (and my hair was kinky so different lengths) and the cut was blunt at the end. The layers around my face were half way across my cheek and didn’t ever reach my chin when pulled straight. Some weeks later they still aren’t anywhere near slow my chin and are very choppy. Felt Unlistened too and overall not a nice experience either.

Such an amazing treatment. Great atmosphere with covid safety. Perfect facial and Anais was great with tips how to improve my skin going forward. Looking forward to coming back soon!
