This was my first time here and Anna greeted me by name when I walked in the door! She was warm and friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with her. This is extremely important when you are having an intimate wax! I'm very specific about how my bikini wax is done and Anna carried this out to perfection and it didn't hurt?! 5 stars and I will be back!
