It was my first time at Kiki's place and Anna was very nice and welcoming. She was professional with my Hollywood and I felt immediately at ease. What surprised me most is that she was able to do a great and thorough job in less than 15 mins with the least pain possible. I live around and I think I will come to Anna's more often now.
