I am so glad I booked my post-op MLD Massages with Kiera! Being post-op can be a really scary time, at least it was for me as i've never had surgery before. Kiera is so knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away and was able to advise me on what I needed to do to recover as best as possible.
The difference in my swelling is incredible thanks to the massages and I feel so much better after them too.
Can't recommend the massages or Kiera enough!
