Elsa came recommended by practically all the school mum's I know, from three different schools. My daughter's experiences of hairdressers previously left her in tears. This was due to the sheer noise and overwhelming environment and it being a painful experience (blowdrying and plaiting). My daughter cried before this appointment and did not want to go. Once Elsa worked her magic, my daughter did not want to leave and asked when we can go back! Georgeous hair and pampered beyond belief.
