Masseuse named Tania arrived late, and whilst we agreed to change the style of the massage from sports to swedish, she never conveyed to me (she had this conversation in her head and not her client) that the change of massage would shorten the entire session by a half hour- meaning I paid more for a shorter session… and sports massage costs more than a swedish massage currently priced at £54 for an hour… and I paid £67.50 for a 1.5 hour sports massage… please do the math— absolute rip off.
