The staff at this place are great, a real treat in a city where customer service is not the top concern amongst business owners.
Their pedicure is one of the best I've had and I will go back for that.
BUT, the waxing was one of the most painful experiences ever. The beautician used the same strip (i.e. full of wet wax) to do half of my leg. The tugging was torture! I am not sure if she was planning to save strips, but to do both my legs she used only 5...with roll-on wax. Never again.
The staff were the friendliest I'd ever come across. My nail technician didn't speak a lot but he was so quick and did a real good job. The ladies in the salon all asked if I wanted a drink and were so friendly. They obviously have plenty of regulars and it's not hard to see why.
