Looked very good. Varnish chipped after two days but what can you expect from ordinary varnish? Staff were quite clinical about it though, not very friendly. Talked to each other but never to me.

Whilst the staff were friendly and obliging, disappointingly the nail polish was already flaking off within 48 hours. I had not been swimming or bashing my nails around in any way so I was annoyed the polish didn't stay on longer. I have been to this salon several other times and have not had this issue before so maybe it was just a one-off. I will still go back to give them another chance.

Nail technician was very friendly and managed to do a quick and efficient job (i.e. it was done in 20 minutes). But, the only reason it was done so quickly is because the salon were 40 minutes late with my appointment and I was angry and unimpressed.
Instead of dealing with the person who had pre-booked an appointment, they decided to serve the 3/4 walk-in appointments while I sat there twiddling my thumbs. It wasn't until I said 'I'm leaving' that somebody finally decided to sit me down.
I would probably go back because it's a good price, but I'm furious at the poor customer service.

The wax had a good result and value for money, although it was more painful than usual. Will request hotter wax if I go again.

great therapist and a tidy room with music and nice colour scheme made this a nice experience. Happy with the result.
