I went to my appointment with really damaged and split nails. I came out with a beautify manicure and pedicure , I love how my hands and feet looks now!

Unfortunately, the staff was not very welcoming. When I walked in, I was looked up and down and not greeted until I was asked in a not so friendly way "do you have an appointment?". Then I was led into a room where I had to lay down on a used towel that was visibly dirty and being reused between appointments. I was also overcharged full price for a eyebrow tidy up, and the chin threading was not done very carefully. The staff was very nice to their regulars, so it's a shame!
