The proper cotton wasn’t used for threading. I have a rash all over my face after threading at kiana’s. In addition, she missed some places on my face and so I have patches of hair that wasn’t removed.

The first facial I had here was amazing - I booked the same again, but second time it was different/not quite as good. Not everything was included as per the first one. Issues with the sound/iPad made it much less relaxing as I could hear all the sounds from the salon
