Technician was late and seemed unexperienced. At one point I commented that the wax was getting too hot and I was told 'it is hot wax' instead of adjusting the temperature. Then she switched to strip wax which is a cheaper treatment than I paid for. Would not go again.

Unfortunately one of the gels chipped the first day, and another the second day. I wasn’t doing anything different than I usually do when I’ve had gels. They did offer to repair and unfortunately 1h 30 mins after leaving the salon, the same thing happened.
