Lovely new salon. Open and airy. Clean and well equipped. Friendly staff and excellent efficient service. Manager did hurry my manicurist along to her next appoinent which wasn't a nice experience. This was a pity as the manicurist was friendly and professional. Maybe theanaher could get some training on how to treat staff and how to behave in front of customers. The file and paint were excellent.
The eyelash perm treatment did not work whatsoever. Came home with straight lashes so will be back to using my curler again. Would not go back to this salon
I had a swedish massage and rated it 3 stars. It was okay, salon was late opening up though which meant my appointed started late but apart from that was fine.
Really friendly staff and a great treatment, my nails looked lovely and lasted for ages - will definitely be back :)
My nails were done really well and have mostly lasted well. I went for refills and as one of them broke off I then had to pay the full price for full new set of acrylics which doesn't seem reasonable.
