Super fast, which is good - no relaxing atmosphere created and not the BEST waxing technique but got the job done and done quickly.

The staff at the center was extremely accommodating and welcoming. They sent me messages and rang me up to remind me of the appointment. The Swedish massage itself is more of a relaxing treatment than a therapeutic one, as the moves are very gentle. This center is cash only.

I'm a repeat customer and generally I find this salon to be good value for money. Staff are friendly and courteous. The only downside is that sometimes you end up waiting a while if they are running behind, and that in the last 1.5 years, the card machine has not worked. Please get that fixed!!!

First impressions very good, place was very clean, the staff were lovely, professional and friendly and the treatment room was cosy, relaxing and comfortable.
I'm admittedly a bit of a facial snob and so was preoccupied by the mediocre massage technique (it just lacked confidence if that makes sense??) and the products felt and smelled cheap. It felt like she was putting moisturiser on a few times at the start. When the steamer was on my face I was given a limp head massage which I found distracting as it was noticeable poor. Overall it was relaxing at best, but I didn't feel like my skin benefitted from the treatment at all.
If they upgraded their products slightly and were more rehearsed/confident with the facial routine I would go back.
