I’m not a pet person so having a cat wander the place is not something I particularly appreciate it. Eye brows treatment were really good. Massage was fine but didn’t appreciate it being stopped 10 mins in because they made a mistake with the room and asked me to move. Really not impressed with that but fortunately they worked out how not to move me
