As usual I booked my routine eye brow appointment with Kiana. They are so flexible and nice, on the day of my appointment I had to leave for an emergency and they were able to offer me another appointment shortly after on the same day. I left the salon being very happy with my eye brows as Kiana has great attention to detail and always delivers. It also helps when she knows what her clients wants. Will be returning in the next 4 weeks!

It’s such a great salon, and all the girls are great and super skilled, but they were clearly too busy on the day that I went so I think being there at the end of the day wasn’t the best. I was there for roughly 2hrs and the pedicurist forgot to apply my top coat and only remembered as I left which did result in my polish being smudged. Also another staff member asked me if I was pregnant, which is nothing to do with their skill but definitely not what you want to be asked when you aren’t!
