I’m surprised that there is no air con/fan/vent in the wax room. The whole Hollywood experience was poor. I have major cuts, I did not liked the process at all- it was very painful! The lady seems to have very little/no experience. Being kind is not enough. Pulling out ingrown and saying ‘that this is not my job I’m still doing it’ makes no sense to me. I have paid £43 for wax and I expect professionalism. Considering that wax is applied on genital areas, one has to be more cautious in pulling off ( nothing seemed like that- it was harsh) Eyebrow and upper lips(£13)- have got cuts near the lips, I would not recommend anyone this place.
