Great gel manicure and pedicure! Personally I prefer soak-off, but forgot to ask for it for my toes (my fault!) but in the future it would be helpful if they ask for preference.

I have been there twice now for gel manicures. Excellent experience, kind and skilled people, good products and lots of colour choice! Highly recommend.

I’m surprised that there is no air con/fan/vent in the wax room. The whole Hollywood experience was poor.
I have major cuts, I did not liked the process at all- it was very painful! The lady seems to have very little/no experience. Being kind is not enough.
Pulling out ingrown and saying ‘that this is not my job I’m still doing it’ makes no sense to me. I have paid £43 for wax and I expect professionalism. Considering that wax is applied on genital areas, one has to be more cautious in pulling off ( nothing seemed like that- it was harsh)
Eyebrow and upper lips(£13)- have got cuts near the lips, I would not recommend anyone this place.
