It might be a good idea for the salon to open more than 1 minute before 3 clients are booked so that hot water is ready, the wax is heated up, lights are on etc.The 3 members of staff turned up around 10 mins after clients were booked to see them, but then stood around chatting in their own language.Seems an odd way to run things, but they were pleasant enough I guess..
