The quality of the lashes are exceptional. The staff are so lovely! They are always so welcoming and nice. I get so many compliments about my lashes, eyebrows and nails. I always recommend this place to my friends. And Ive been going to Kianas for months now! Thank you Kiana! Adonia :)

I went to Kiana's for a shampoo, hair cut and blow dry. Wash - initially seemed fine but conditioner was left in my hair. Hair cut - hairdresser cut my hair without untangling it. Blow Dry - the hairdresser did not separate my hair in sections for the blow dry. It was done at surface level. When I left, I realized not only that half my head was still wet but also there was still conditioner in my hair. Overall, not a good experience.
