Pamela is great. She knows what she's doing but is constantly overbooked. I always start my appointment late as she's attending to someone else (walk-ins included) and she has to attend to other clients in the middle. She's also the only hair person in the shop, so she has to look after her clients, clean the floor, manage dyes, everything.
It's ok with the old price, but with the new price bump (~+30%) I expected more. They're now pricier than other hair salons but aren't at the same level.
