My hair was in need of a make over, i sent katie pics of what i wanted and she got it spot on, i am over the moon with my hair, and what i like is that she dedicates her time to you not juggle you with other clients, shes knowledgeable on colours and is very good at getting the blonde clean and the right tones to match the extensions, all in all a very good visit and a happy customer, thank you
