I’m so glad I found Katie. She is absolutely wonderful. Her knowledge of hair is incredible and her attention to detail is second to none. Every time I see her, I feel completely confident that she knows exactly what to do.
What means the most to me is how kind and supportive she has been, especially during times when I’ve felt really stressed and insecure about my hair. She listens, reassures, and then works her magic. I can’t recommend her highly enough – she’s a true professional.
