I’d booked in last minute with Kathryn and then had a delay in getting to her on time, she was so understanding and was able to accommodate us being a few mins late, so friendly, warm and welcoming, had a great mini salon setting, was fantastic with the kids, the cuts were spot on and exactly what I’d wanted, thanks Kathryn!
