I was travelling down to Manchester for a family event so booked with Kathryn last minute. On arrival she was super friendly & made me feel at ease straight away. We got chatting about different things, including hair, she was really knowledgeable & gave me some advice on how to manage my curly hair. The treatment itself was lovely & I felt very pampered, and I absolutely loved the final result. A bonus for me was that I got to meet her puppy Nala, which made the whole experience even better!
