Ladies in this salon didn't know that I'm coming because they don't have computer in salon and that already had booking. Very unorganized. Ruin my day because I couldn't find another hair stylist with free time to do what I wanted. Very unprofessional.

I had to wait over an hour to be seen saw a few others complain with same problem. No apology. Need to manage bookings better.

Booked an appointment online for 11am, only to find out at the venue that there was another person booked at 11 and my name was not even there. Secondly, they were short staffed that day but did not even have to courtesy to explain to me. Had to find out from other customers that they themselves had been waiting for more than 1 hour, despite having an appointment booked in. I ended up leaving the place and went elsewhere to have my hair done.
